In the past two months, there have been lots of changes in my life. The biggest one, of course, is that I am getting bigger by the day. I weigh 17 pounds, can hold my head up and roll over in both directions. One of these days I am going to surprise Mommy and Papi by sitting up on my own. I’m almost there . I am constantly laughing and smiling - especially when someone tickles me under my arms and on my neck. Being ticklish is one trait I definitely inherited from Papi. I also have my first tooth. It didn’t hurt when it came in, but I love to put everything in sight into my mouth. My fist tastes especially good. Another big change came on Feb. 19 when Mommy went back to work. She was really sad to leave me, but knew I would be well taken care of. Each morning, Papi drops me off at La Casa de Elena (Elena’s house). Elena, who has been watching babies and toddlers at her home for about 20 years, is so much fun. Everytime I see her, I laugh and smile lots. The other kids there have become my friends. I have so much fun watching them play, relaxing on the swing and twirling around in my Exersaucer. At the end of the day, Mommy picks me up, we go home, I have bath time and then a bottle. By then, I am pooped and ready for bed. Most nights, I am out by 8:30 p.m. I sleep through the night and usually get up when Mommy wakes me at 6:30 a.m. I know - it’s unheard of. Now that I’ve caught you up, enjoy looking at my pictures. XOXO, CPP
